Answers before you ask
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the factory and the model. Plain-packed standard hinges usually start from a few thousand pieces; some models and factories accept less. We tell you the real minimum in the quote.
Do you manufacture the hinges?
No. We are a sourcing company. We work with manufacturers whose business licence and production site we have checked, and we manage the order for you.
Can I get a sample?
Samples are not part of our standard offer at this stage. Before you order you receive photos, drawings and the factory’s test results for the exact model. If a factory offers samples for your model, we tell you.
How fast do you reply?
Every request gets a reply within two business days.
How long does production take?
Usually about 25–45 days after you confirm, depending on the model and quantity. The date is written into your quote.
How do I pay?
By international bank transfer. Terms are agreed per order and written into the proforma invoice; a deposit before production and the balance before shipment is common.
Can you put my brand on the packaging?
Yes, private-label packaging is possible on most orders, usually with a higher minimum. See Packaging & private label.
Which countries do you ship to?
We arrange shipping to most countries. Duties and import rules depend on your country. See Shipping & documents.
Can you check the goods before they ship?
Yes. On request, an independent inspector checks your goods at the factory and you receive a photo report before shipment.
What do you need for a quote?
Hinge type or a photo, door thickness and size, door position, closing type, finish, quantity and destination. See Request a quote.
